"Zavet" Co. was founded in 1983 as a subsidiary of one the biggest Bulgarian pharmaceutical plants ANTIBIOTIC Razgrad with the main task to manufacture hard gelatin capsules as well as finished dosage forms for the veterinary and human medicine.

In 1991 the factory was given the status of a legal entity and was transformed into a Joint Stock Company.

"Zavet" Co. was privatized in June 1997. Its major shareholder ELVI GROUP HOLDING provides an active support to the Management board in its efforts to keep the good reputation of the enterprise as an established in the domestic market pharmaceutical manufacturer.

During the last couple of years "Zavet" Co. was specialized in manufacturing finished dosage forms for the veterinary medicine.

The products of "Zavet" Co. are not only highly effective but also harmless for the humans, animals and the environment. They are manufactured according to the requirements of GMP regulations for the production of veterinary medicinal products.
